The software only tracks GPS location data and time stamp data during Time In, Time Out, Activity Create and Activity Finish. During other times the software does NOT track GPS location data and time stamp data.
There is an option for the RiteSquad software to ask for Time In during the first time the application is started each day.
There is a setting for notification reminder on the Time Out. It will be your company's standard policy on how to compute for your work day if you were not able to Time Out for the day.
The monthly billings are computed per active Staff User account per month, Admin / Manager accounts are not included in the computations. An active Staff User is defined as a User with more than three 3 Activity records in the given time period.
